Open the Wests City Parking 2019 Information file in the Document Library. 

A Certificate of Attendance will be emailed to the email address at which you received your ticket from Eventbrite. If you didn’t receive a ticket or reminders, please come to the registration desk during a break to check the email address we have. Certificates will be in the full name that you registered in. If you are uncertain if this is the correct name that you need on the certificate (maiden or other), please come to the registration desk during a break & check. Certificates will not be re-issued. 

Conference helpers are all PHN & LHD staff who are assisting with the conference and will be wearing one of the brightly coloured conference polo shirts (in pink, purple, green or blue). Please ask one of these people to assist you at any time during the conference.

Newcastle City Council has provided volunteers - NewCrew - to help delegates who are not from Newcastle to enjoy their stay by providing useful information / hints on where to eat, drink, shop, play in our lovely city. They have maps of Newcastle and other useful tourist information. They have a stand in our trade display area. 

We have a large number of interesting immunisation-related projects that are being displayed as posters. These are located throughout the foyer. Authors will be standing by their poster during the second half of lunch on Saturday if you would like to discuss their project with them. Please see the full list of poster abstracts in the program. Abstracts, including project contributors, will also be included on the Conference Peoplebank site.

We will be utilizing the exciting online polling platform called SLIDO, so you can participate in live polling, ask questions of the presenters via your own device, and complete the final evaluation online.
