    The Primary Health Network is providing one-off grants of $1,650 (GST Inclusive) to support General Practice in the implementation of Telehealth equipment in response to COVID-19.

    The grant funding is to be used for the purchase or upgrade of any of the following:


    • Any subscription fees associated with video conferencing software platforms such as Skype for Business, Scopia, COVIU, Health Direct Video Call, GOTO Meeting and Zoom
    • Hardware such as tablets or laptops 
    • Hardware accessories such as headsets or webcams that enable providers to perform telehealth consultations with their patients.
    • Up to 20% of the funding amount can be used to cover internal costs associated with Telehealth implementation.


    With any of the above it is recommended you consult with your regular IT provider to ensure any software systems or hardware purchased is fit for purpose in your IT environment.

    Please complete the online form via this link and attach an invoice to receive the funding. Note that the online form is to be completed by an appropriate representative of the practice as there is a declaration required that the funds will be used for the implementation of Telehealth.
