As a registered nurse you've been invited to complete a short survey regarding your experience in administering the Bodyguard T34 Syringe Driver during resident end-of-life care. Your facility received the Syringe Driver device in 2023 as part of a palliative care project funded by Hunter New England and Central Coast Primary Health Network (HNECC PHN). The PHN is now completing a 12-month evaluation of the project. Your feedback is important to us to understand the impact this project has had on both yours and the residents' experience of symptom management at end-of-life. Your honest feedback provides evidence to the PHN to advocate for further funding in palliative care initiatives from the Department of Health and Aged Care.
The PHN encourages each registered nurse responsible for administering the Syringe Driver to complete their own survey. Please click on the link below to complete the 5-minute survey.
Thank you very much for taking the time to provide us with your valued feedback.
For enquiries, please contact Charles Broadfoot, Senior Project Officer - Palliative Care at cbroadfoot@thephn.com.au or 0447 161 498.
