HNECC PHN is undertaking a Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Needs Assessment to identify gaps and opportunities for the commissioning and targeting of primary mental health services and the development of a Regional Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Plan. 

We are interested in your views about the needs in your community in relation to mental health and suicide including:

• Service gaps
• Ways to improve mental health and prevent suicide.
