Unsolicited Funding Proposals

Interested individuals and organisations can submit an proposal for funding to HNECC PHN at any time throughout the year, however assessment of unsolicited proposals occur twice per year and is subject to funding availability.

April - May
October - November

For a proposal to be considered for in the April-May assessment, it must be submitted to HNECC PHN by March 1 and for a proposal to be considered in the October - November assessment, it must be submitted by September 1.

Prior to commencement of this period, all applicants who have submitted a proposal will be contacted to confirm that they still have an interest in seeking HNECC PHN funding. All funding is dependent on continued funding from the Australian Government Department of Health and will be subject to HNECC PHN's usual contracting processes.

Legal Entity Details

Due to specific requirements associated with HNECC PHN's funding agreements , we are only able to contract with legal entities, including individuals with an ABN.

Please provide Legal Entity details (i.e. Company. Sole Director, Association, Aboriginal Corporation, Sole Proprietor, Incorporation). If you are a company, please provide details and if you are an Association, please state the legislation.

Insurance and Finance Details

Please provide a copy Workers' Compensation Insurance, Certificate of Currency, for an amount required in accordance with relevant State or Territory legislation

Please provide a copy of Public Liability, Certificate of Currency, in an amount of not less than twenty million dollars ($20 million) per claim, on an occurrence basis, including vicarious liability where the Provider is employing medical practitioners who are carrying out medical procedures or providing medical advice.

Please provide a copy of Professional Indemnity Insurance, Certificate of Currency, in an amount of not less than ten million dollars ($10 million) per claim, on an occurrence basis.

Please attach the most recent audited financial report, to demonstrate the solvency of the organisation; or if your company is of the size that would not be expected to hold audited financial reports, please submit some type of evidence to support the financial robustness of your organisation (e.g income and expenditure statement for the last financial year or a letter of solvency from your accountant).
