Express your Interest - PHN Emergency Register

The PHN is compiling a register of General Practitioners (GPs) and General Practices from across the Hunter, New England and Central Coast regions who are willing and available to assist the disaster response in their region by providing GP services. 

GPs who join the Emergency Register can provide the following models of support:

  1. In-practice support model: Assist the disaster response by providing GP services from within your practice.
  2. Evacuation Centre support model: Assist the disaster response by providing GP services inside a local evacuation center.

Note: Providers who join the register will not be required to provide medical services on the front line. Your registration will be active for 1 year, and you will be able to terminate your registration at any point in time. Please refer to the HNECC PHN Emergency Register Handbook for more detailed information on topics such as activation process, scope, remuneration options, insurance, or contact disastermanagement@thephn.com.au
