Thank you for your interest in presenting at the Hunter New England Central Coast Primary Health Networks (PHN) Allied Health Digital Essential Workshop on Friday, 23rd May 2025, at Belmont 16 Footers Club.

What are we looking for?

We are seeking innovative digital stories from allied health professionals!

We want to hear how youve used technology to enhance your practice by improving your business processes, service delivery and/or clinical practices.

In your submission, please provide details about a significant problem you faced in private practice and explain the changes made and the role of technology in providing a solution. We are particularly interested to understand the impact of this change and any benefits or lessons learned along the way. The concept does not have to be complex often the simplest ideas make the biggest impact.

Successful submissions will address the selection criteria (listed below) by showcasing how technology has supported best practice and provided quality improvement opportunities. Submissions outlining concepts that enhance clinician experience, enable more patient-centred care, and encourage multidisciplinary team care, as well as demonstrating transferability to other practices will be highly regarded.

Presentation format options:

  1. Live Oral Presentation (5 min): Presenters will have a 5-minute time slot at the workshop to present. (Presentation will be recorded and available online after the event).

  1. Digital Poster: A single slide to be displayed digitally at the workshop.

  1. Digital Poster with Pre-recorded Presentation: A single slide to be displayed digitally at the workshop, along with a pre-recorded 5-minute verbal presentation that will be shared online before and after the conference.

  1. Exhibitor space: A small table at the back of the workshop to demonstrate a digital innovative idea pre-conference and during lunch

Please note: There is a limited number of live oral presentation time slots. Successful submissions will be chosen by a panel according to the selection criteria.
