  • Acceptance of submissions for this survey has now concluded. We will be sharing the outcomes of our COVID-19 Impact Survery once the results have been collated.

The Primary Health Network would like to get a region-wide snapshot of the health of primary care during the COVID-19 pandemic.  The purpose of the survey is to:

    1. Understand the impact of COVID-19 restrictions on activity levels in your workplace, including staffing levels
    2. Inform the direction of continued support from the PHN on telehealth implementation, including training, advocacy, etc
    3. Receive feedback on the current support delivered by the Primary Health Network, and to identify key areas of future support required as we move into the recovery phase.

We encourage as many individual clinicians as possible to respond to this survey

We encourage as many individual clinicians as possible to respond to this survey as this will provide the most accurate indication of the current operating environment, and provide an accurate indication of the region's needs as we map future support for primary care providers.  Feel free to share the survey link amongst your local professional networks.

The survey should only take a few minutes to complete and we will provide you with a snapshot of the results once collated.

The survey will close to submissions on Tuesday, May 19, 2020.

Should you have any questions or additional feedback, please contact John Baillie, Executive Manager Primary Care Improvement (jbaillie@hneccphn.com.au).

Thank you for your participation.  Your input during this period is more important than ever.

    Regards,

    Richard Nankervis, CEO
