Breast Screening Forum

1 in 7 women in NSW will develop breast cancer in their lifetime. Although a referral is not essential to participate in the National Breast Screen Program, it has been identified that GPs have a significant influence in a women’s decision to screen. Women are more likely to a mammogram, if they have spoken with their GP.
