Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone else has had issues with MD. I have found that if I have opened more than 1 patient's notes , the immunisation history from 1 patient can go into another patient's notes . This has happened more than once. Now I only open 1 patient at a time, which isn't helpful during vaccination clinics
