The Hunter New England and Central Coast Primary Health Network (the PHN) is working with the Glen Innes community to implement an innovative pilot healthcare model, known as the Glen Innes Health Hub, as part of the Better Health for the Bush Framework.

Following the recent Community Town Hall Information session, we invite you to have your say and complete a survey aimed at exploring the key health needs of the community. Your say will assist with the planning of the services and supports to be delivered through the health hub.
